Bidra med feedbackI visited Dunkin' Donuts on September 26, 2023, seeking a cup of coffee. To my surprise, my total came to $4, which I found to be quite unreasonable. The African American employee, who wore dreadlocks and a pink jacket, argued with me about the pricing, despite the fact that I frequently visit for the same item, and I've never encountered a price change before. The customer service was disappointing, and as a result, I won't be returning. I strongly advise against spending your money here, giving it a rating of 0.1 out of 10.
The woman with dreadlocks charges everyone an extra dollar for their coffee and be sure to ask for a receipt. She also informs you that cream and sugar cost extra. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10.
I will be reporting this location to the corporate office for failing to adhere to DDONUTS franchise regulations. They do not offer "public restrooms"; there are only two restrooms inside, one for men and one for women. Customers are not allowed to wash their hands or use the restrooms for any other needs, which is against DDONUTS corporate policy. You have two business days to rectify this situation. I will return on Tuesday to see if you are complying with the franchise regulations. Your current behavior is unacceptable, especially considering that non-compliance may lead to your closure in the near future.
I will never return to this location again. Drive-through service was horrendous. As I waited at the drive-through for my total before pulling around, I heard the employee say “why is she waiting at the window”. Then after paying, I found out they gave me the wrong order. And they didn’t get a receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts away from this one. And I am speaking of the people working at the drive-through the morning of August 21.
I use to really like this place. Now they are annoying me. No refills on these expensive DD cups. Put it on the app and post it on your windows. The excuse is because of covid. Chicago is allowing it. You wonder why your deserted place can't keep patrons. I said what I said
