I called this location and I was asking a question. I guess I was making the owner/employee upset. Granted, I had a cold so I may have sounded aggressive. While I was trying to explain what I wanted, the owner/employee hung up on me. When I called back, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I purposely held on to see if they where going to take my order so I could pick it up. This location was very rude and I will not purchase a cup of water from them. If you do not have the tolerance of people calling asking a question, this is not for you!!!!

This is nothing like the real Pantera's. The only good location left is in O'Fallon, MO. I thought that's where I was ordering from. So disappointed to receive something so different! Food: 1
