Subway - Healdton

Honestly was a great place clean good food just mean rude teens working wanting nothing to do with the customers being there and to busy goofing off and making jokes to actually make the food with a bit of training it could be a great place

They seem to never have enough help. And some of the employees look sketchy to me. The food is Subway, tastes the same at every location which is a good thing.

This is the second time I've been there and I've had my bread hard as a rock crumbling falling apart I won't be going back anymore I spent too much money for this food to be the way it came out your bread sucks had to throw my sandwiches away that was a lot of money wasted I won't ever be going back there and I even asked the employee if the bread was fresh and he said yes that was a lie ? this is the subway that's in Healdton

The staff at this restaurant are very unfriendly. They tried to charge me six times for double cheese because they were out of shredded cheese and didn’t mention this at the register. I pointed out that it was unfair to try to charge me that much, especially for just cheese, and I refused to pay $23 for a sandwich with only cheese. Ultimately, I had to leave without my food because the only response I got was, “Do you want to cancel your order?” The woman was quite rude and made it seem like I was at fault for not being informed about the extra charges. If they had simply had shredded cheese, there wouldn't have been any issues. I've been a customer here before without any problems, so this experience was disappointing. There needs to be an improvement in the attitude and professionalism of the staff.
