Gaffney's Bakery - HEATHCOTE

Wow, what an impressive bakery for such a small town. Passing through Heathcote today we stopped at Gaffney’s Bakery at 63 High St Heathcote. The place was absolutely jumping. I spoke to Bek, the shift Supervisor, and mentioned how busy it was when it was my turn to be served; she said things had returned to normal and that they were getting even busier this. This bakery is one you really have to experience for yourself. It’s almost overwhelming with the choice on offer. If BIG is what you are looking for, this is for you. Loved my steak and pepper pie along with my hot chocolate!

So impressed by cake selection. Visited for breakfast. Had the bacon egg roll, vanilla slice and a mocha. All tasted devine! Can see why it won awards for best regional bakery.

Will stop here every time I’m in the area, the pies are just absolutely beautiful, the eating area presentation is great and love the modular Ording system with seperate bakery, drinks and treats stands. Try the home made tomato sauce!

If you're traveling from Melbourne to eucha in Heathcote Gaffney's bakery is a great place to stop for a break on your trip the have everything from cakes to pies and a lot of home made product for you to buy its clean and all the staff are polite thay cater for people in wheelchair with a ramp and disabled utilities

Popular Cafe in the centre of town. Decent size Cafe. Got a couple of different areas (sweet section, pies and drinks). Had friendly, cheerful service when placing my order. Good coffee. Worthwhile stop.
