Jimmy John's - Heber

Terrible customer service. When it comes to waiting I am patient as I have worked in food service. However waiting over 40 minutes for two sandwiches was ridiculous. There were five workers with only two making sandwiches. The lobby was busy so I do not understand why only two of them were making them. Other customers waited but many walked out canceling their orders. No need to continue taking orders if you can't fulfill them. From my understanding there was an order of 160 sandwiches. I do not know policies but I would think they would have known ahead of time due to that amount of sandwiches. Better management is needed to help this location in order to stay in business.

Got my order ready right on time and everything was done right. Pretty dang good for an order of 12 sandwiches. Well done.

Freaky Fast? More like Scary Slow. It took over an hour to get three sandwiches. I know it was busy but the majority of workers working at the pace of a DMV employee didn't help. Never again at this location.

Freaky fast delivery in heber city. Good food, and they Will always make it right if something’s wrong.

Just stopped in to get a sandwich for my drive home. It was good. I enjoyed it. And it was perfect for my long drive.
