Taco John's - Helena

I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order. I clearly requested no sour cream due to an allergy, but the first bite of the cold burrito was nothing but sour cream. I won’t be returning to this TJs again.

The affordable chicken and steak are fantastic! I would visit more frequently, but the service is notably slow. The lines are often long, and there always seems to be someone voicing complaints about incorrect orders.

I sat at the drive-thru microphone for what felt like an eternity during business hours without being greeted. Frustrated, I decided to drive up to the window, only to find the staff members standing around in the empty dining area. I have no idea what they were doing, but they certainly weren’t serving customers, so I just left. This is just one of many unsatisfactory experiences I've had at this restaurant, and I personally will never return.

I waited in line at the drive through for over 40 minutes and got cold food and a messed up order. I tried reaching the store and was essentially hung up on after many rings with no option to leave a message. I have no issues personally with communicating my problem if they are willing to fix it, but after burning up my entire lunch break and being left unable to contact them over the phone, I am left only the option of leaving a review. Super dissatisfied with the poor service and management. One Star might be to good.

I honestly don?t want to put a star? 0 star rating! I love taco John?s! Tonight broke my heart man I got no meat on super potatoe oles, wrong burritos, and I called and asked if they would remake the order and the lady asked that we drive back across town with the food after waiting in line Hungry for 20 mins. She wanted to see what was wrong with the order herself before remaking it? Like I would lie about her messing my order up? I get it but really they get payed well to do their job correctly? Payed $28 for the wrong food! The only thing they didn?t mess up was the cheese quesadillas and I was surprised I didn?t get a couple dry tortillas.
