Chili's Grill - Hemet

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, which I was okay with, we were finally shown to our table at 7:21. However, by 7:33, no one had come to greet us or take our drink orders. I had three children with me, and after waiting so long without any service, we decided to leave. It's frustrating that the staff didn’t even seem to notice we were gone. I won’t be returning to this place again.

With my wife two years old and my mother for lunch and with an open restaurant they refused to sit us for 5-10mins, the host was rude and made us feel really unwilling. No one waiting to sit, she said it was unfair to sit down as soon as we spoke to the manager who sat right away, but in fear retaliation with our order we decided to go and go to applebees. I will not return

I haven't been with chili for months, but it's super down now. the bar stools had hand debris and were dusty and dirty. the entrance to the walk from the bar had dirty hand-offs. the bathroom was broken. the tablets on the tables were disgusting, it was grimmy and they can see eating on it. the bathroom doors were dusty and dirty. the toilets were full of urine and everything was just rough. unsanitary everywhere. we stayed and the cheese quesadillas child size was boiled over. the waitress gets total that they are about work, but took one to get drinks. we will not be happy again until this place is cleaned and if not we only go to beaumont or another place.

Had surgery recently with no appetite for one week. I ordered a medium rare steak cooked and delivered. Instead the steak was well done not juicy. Loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli was perfect.
