Bad Owl Coffee - Henderson

This was my first time visiting this coffee shop, and it was fantastic! The avocado egg toast drizzled with balsamic glaze was delicious. My husband loved the tea, and I enjoyed the oat cha coffee.

This restaurant is not just a trendy spot; it offers exceptional quality food and coffee.

The restaurant is frequently understaffed, which leads to slow service and high prices. Although they attempt to create a pleasant atmosphere, it somehow falls short and doesn't quite succeed.

Very disappointing. HP themed was minimal. Waiting on our breakfast burrito for over 30 minutes and it was $15. Not even very busy. Don't expect to be in and out.

Worst experience I 've had in Henderson ever! When I went to the store it was in the morning and no customers in the store. The man behind the counter refused to acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. He walked back and forth filling Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. Never said good morning, I 'll be a minute, we don 't take in person orders, nothing! After standing quietly waiting to be served for so long I said, Excuse me, I have a question. The man behind the counter rudely replied There 's a menu right in front of you. You can 't read? I immediately told him that his comment was rude and poor customer service. I turned to my brothers, who were with me and I was treating to coffee, We 're leaving , I don 't pay to be treated like dirt! The employee had the nerve to tell yell at me ' Have a nice day and chuckled. I do not recommend anyone to spend one cent of their hard earned money at this shop! I 'd rather buy nasty coffee at the gas station than to be treated like dirt at 9:30 in the morning for no reason at all!
