Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Henderson

So, I placed an online order tonight. A small Italian sandwich for my boyfriend and a medium for myself. On mine, I asked for no tomatoes and to add mayo, vinegar and oil. On my boyfriends, I had them add mayo and extra meat. Well, mine had tomatoes and the vinegar and oil was not added. I got a text from my boyfriend saying his has oil and vinegar on it, which he cannot have, and he was asking why there wasn?t tomatoes on his sandwich. So, they screwed up our orders that I spent over $21 on, and now my boyfriend can?t eat his lunch at 10pm while he is at work. I am giving two stars because I did call and they did refund me for my order, even when i told them I would be happy with just having the money back for the smaller sandwich my bf can?t eat. They were very apologetic.

They call this a medium grilled Italian , tiny little chopped up meat in corner . I ordered extra cheese and this is what was served ! Never again. The rude employees said we will redo it and make it the same way !

5/5 no complaints whatsoever. I use the online app after I get off work. When I arrive the order is always ready a few minutes before expected time. They never fail to follow the any speical instructions you request in the app. Nice location and dining area in the food court if you choose to dine in as well! Definitely recommend this location. ????

Ordered a large Bobbie to split with my wife. We had one bit and tossed it in the trash. Literally had a pound of mayo on it, it was all you could taste. Gained 5 lbs from that one bit! What a waste of money.

Usually VERY good. This time was an off day. Guys of the Bobbie didn't fill the bread so a quarter of the sandwich was just bread no filling. In the meat was little bones about the size of teeth and I understand with fresh meat there will be one once in a while but this was more than 5 pieces in one sandwich. It was every other bite! Meat was dry and difficult to chew. Hope this was a one off . Will be back but I'll be more cautious eating the Bobbie if I order it again. Broken teeth are expensive to repair.
