Chopstix - Henderson

Staying in Henderson, NV after vacationing in Northern AZ Canyon Country. Hungry the family decided on Chinese food. Found Chopstix on Yelp. Mostly good reviews and decided to order for take-out. The owner who answered was very articulate andfriendly. Made ordering a large meal for four easy. Showed up 20 min later and the food had just been boxed up. The owner wasvery friendly and helpful showing me each order to ensure everything was correct. Sent me on my way with plates, napkins,chopstix, and folks. The meal was outstanding! Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, Fried Rice, Pork Pad Thaiwere all perfect! Highly recommend Chopstix!

Great food. Tasted super fresh! Perfect sized portions. Very friendly greeting. And they gave us Chopsticks!

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and the food has always been excellent. However, there seems to be an issue with their online ordering system. It keeps malfunctioning, either rejecting my order or not allowing me to place it at all.

I ordered food from here, and when it arrived, my wife and I discovered a used staple at the bottom of our egg roll. My wife was just about to take a bite when we noticed the staple—thankfully, we stopped her before she could get hurt. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the owner offered me a 15% discount on my next order. Seriously? For such a significant health and sanitation error, I expected more—like having my order remade or at least a refund, so I could enjoy fresh, clean food. During our conversation, the owner was quite unprofessional and seemed indifferent to the situation. While the food itself was good, the lack of proper customer service and attention to health protocols means I won't be ordering from here again.

I was quite disappointed with the food. Although the restaurant was recommended for having some East Coast options, my experience didn't live up to expectations. The boneless spareribs were tough and nearly inedible. The spring roll was mushy on the inside. The fried rice was okay, but nothing special. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but there are definitely better choices nearby.
