The take my counter order guy was so friendly and cheerful. Went for dinner: Chicken strip basket meal and cheeseburger and pretzel to go. DQ has the best soft yummy pretzels. If you like pretzels and never had one you need to get at least the 3 packsize. Saved one for next day and it was still yummy

The prices posted on the drive-thru board are not what they charged when I got to the window. They tried to charge an extra 15% without warning, then had an attitude when I asked why I was being charged more than the posted price.

Second time within 2 weeks I was here and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Order the large blizzard with extra Oreo and there was not extra Oreo and it was half vanilla ice cream unmixed complete waste of money. I will not spend my moneyhere again. Lesson learned

Ordered cake online to be ready at certain time and of course was not ready. What?s the point of putting the time requested if not ready. Waited over 20 mins. They should have called the customer to let them know. Poor customer service.

When one chooses to have a meal at a public establishment one expects to obtain what they ordered, fully cooked, (if applicable) and in a descent amount of time depending on the establishment and time of day. I ordered the Wild Alaskan Sandwich with 2orders of pretzel sticks cheese and a vanilla moolatte. What I received was clearly not what I purchased. A sandwich with abit of lettuce, pretzel sticks with no cheese and a vanilla milkshake. I gave DQ 3 stars for their soft-serve sundaes. To whichI will only be ordering for now on and I suggest that this DQ location stick to.
