Panda Express - Henderson

PLASTIC in my order- The food might be good but now I will never know. Inspect your food from here as I found a nice surprise when I unpacked it after pick up. This most likely was a mistake on someone's part be it rushing or lack of staff checking quality but this is not acceptable. How did plastic make it to the lo-mein then to a customer. Please quality check your food as this could have been eaten by a kid or anyone or

Panda food is pretty much the same at all locations. The nice thing about this one is the little touches. A very clean bathroom that you dont need to ask a key for. They have a table for kids to sit at with crayons and coloring books at. I sat and read the paper for over 90 min. Drinking refills on the far superior old school soda machines. And No one ever said i had to leave. Even tho this is kinda tucked into a corner of a shopping center. Parking is pretty easy

It's okay in a pinch. The pepper steak ordered and saw no paprika, but saw other vegetables. Boy I caught it when I came home and that after I asked the server what he was up and was sure it was what I ordered. I didn't order that again.

Omg, why are the employees here so ridiculously rude? I have made numerous numerous complaints and nothing has been done. Yateth and Eileen are two of the worst customer interaction service employees I have ever come across. The manager seems to not care at all, and she just let 's them continue to treat customers horribly. Today I have had enough and Panda Express has lost me as a customer forever. Terrible employees seem to be more important then customer satisfaction. Never again

We got turned away from 120 E Lake Mead Parkway branch at 9pm (closing is at 10pm), no more options left, and said that we can?t use the bathrooms anymore since they already cleaned it. We got to this branch at 9:30pm and we were accommodated with no issue. Still had plenty of options, and even when they were in the middle of cleaning they allowed us to use the bathrooms. The staff was awesome and we got our craving fixed. Five stars for this branch. ??????????
