Chicken Express - Henderson

On Monday October 30, 2023, I stopped by Churches to get lunch for me my husband, it was 12:45 when I placed my order for a dozen livers roll gravy 2 pc meal, breast! It cost me $22. And I waited at the window until 12: 56, then they asked me to pull up wait, which I did, then I waited waited at 1:20, I got out and went in, at first they acted like I didn’t have an order, then they found it at the window, and didn’t even apologize for making me wait 30 minutes, the bottom of the food boxes were soggy, I am very disappointed, then when I got home the livers were bad! Really bad! Parking: No

The food was lukewarm. The okra was over-cooked. The biscuit was like eating a hockey puck. The price was more than the one in Longview. We won't be going back.

The employees wouldn't let me make a complete order, they wouldn't listen. So I walked away with about half of what I expected to get. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
