Burgerfi - Hendersonville

The burger was amazing! The fries were decent, and the drink was fantastic! However, I was not given a straw or napkins, and the food was served cold.

I had the worst experience with the food I ordered for delivery in Hendersonville. The fries were extremely old and burnt, and the bacon on my burger was also burnt to a crisp. Everything was ice cold and didn't have any of the toppings we requested - no lettuce, tomato, pickles, or anything. It was evident that our order had been sitting in the bags for a long time and was inedible, so we ended up throwing most of it in the trash. We are now resorting to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The quality of the food was unacceptable, especially considering the high price we paid. This was an outrageous experience.

I finally caved and splurged on a pricey burger, but it wasn't worth it. The burger itself was decent, but the taste wasn't fresh. The fries and onion rings were average at best. The cost included excessive packaging, with the burger wrapped in a box, the sides in a separate bag, and everything in a large paper bag. While I appreciate the attention to detail, the high price doesn't match the quality of the food. I doubt I'll be ordering from this restaurant again.

I had a fantastic experience at this fast food burger joint. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I ordered the CEO burger with pommes and the urban treatment, and it was fantastic. The onion rings were also great, and the shakes were top-notch. Unfortunately, this chain isn't available where I live, so it was a special treat that I won't forget. I highly recommend this place.
