Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hendersonville

First time here. The guy working behind the counter was super nice. And made me a great Bowl

This is honestly one of the worst Chipotle locations I have ever been to, do not waste your money here. Unsanitary, the line is always a mess. The customer service is not there, I am surprised this location is still open.

The customer service was absolutely horrible! They all seemed really annoyed and irritated. The girl making the bowls seemed really irritated that she had to service her customers. She was rude to the customer in front of us as well. Reading the reviews I?m not the only one that has encountered this. Management clearly needs to take care of this problem. Until then I won?t be going back.

We placed an online order but they made everyone go through the drive through to order or pick up whether you had already ordered or not. Took nearly an hour to wait for our food. Terrible customer service.

Update: I haven?t had an issue ordering online in some months! ? Don?t bother ordering online at Hendersonville. Every time I?ve ever ordered online, there?s always been about 20 to 40 minutes after their estimated time. I go inside every time, so it?s not a car line issue. In every instance it would have been faster for me to show up at the estimated time and order in line.
