Dairy Queen Grill Chill

We've been here a few times and we always feel like we are being an inconvenience to the employees. We were hoping the first experience was a fluke but it has been that way every time. When we arrived yesterday, there was one sitting on the counter and others were sighing, saying under their breath on how they should have closed early. Out of our 5 orders, one was not rung up and 2 others were incorrect. There was no initiative to correct them only to ring up the missed one.We love DQ and would visit here regularly if we felt welcome. Otherwise, I'm not sure we will.

Ordered 3 blizzard s in drive thru. Waited 30 min. At window employee started giving wrong order, had to correct and show receipt of what we ordered and still gave wrong blizzards. Also it was not ice cream but ice milk. Food too expensive for wrong item. Will not see me there again. Unsupervised teenagers improperly trained.

Lady at the drive-through was rude, I had an online order and she said I didn’t tell them I was there, I waited in that line and told the guy where you order that I was picking up a mobile order. It’s not a big deal, but she seemed like I was being difficult or something, idk. Just letting you know I definitely did, just ask the guy that was just doing drive-through

Front doors locked in the middle of the day. Went through the drive through and received a chocolate dipped cone that they had clearly previously frozen as it was icy and disgusting.

This place is a joke, I came here at 6:45pm and tried going in to get my DoorDash order and the doors were locked. That 's fine! What wasn 't fine was the employees were all standing around eating and when I went to the drive through I sat there for awhile all the lights were off at the drive through, nobody was in the drive through but me and they told me to wait? Then when they gave me my food they didn 't even put it in a bag! When I asked for a bag the women said you sat here for a bag?!?! I am utterly shocked and beyond disappointed in the costumer service! When I asked for her name she wouldn 't give it.
