Bidra med feedbackI’ve been to this bakery three times and ordered three different cakes, yet they still can’t spell my name correctly. Weeks ago, I reached out to the company, but they keep claiming they can’t get in touch with the franchisee and don’t understand why they won't respond. The store doesn’t answer the phone, and last year, the manager even blamed the staff for errors. It seems like we don't focus on proper skills anymore—if you can’t write properly, maybe cake decorating isn’t for you. This place has major issues, and it’s clear why. While they might respond to this Google review, it feels disingenuous coming from someone who isn't the owner. Their customer service is lacking, as all they can say is that they can't contact the franchisee.
I hate stacking it while covid. but today was too funny. my wife and I have rewards with dq and in many places we were told that the one does not work. one time, a manager drove over the price, every other time, when we just drove out and drove to the Arden location (5.8 miles away) that has a work scanner. Today we were asked to come to the window via the Drive-Thru speaker because the Drive-Thru speaker did not work. When we came to the window, we were told that their scanner didn't work. I asked if they could make me a chocolate chip minze blizzard and said they had no coins and no chocolate chips. I noticed through the window, worked the front counter, was the type that helped me about 2-3 weeks ago. before 2-3 weeks he was able to scan my reward and make me a chocolate chip minze blizzard. So I decided to go to the load to place my order. he stood next to a woman, maybe the manager?, who, when I asked about the reward, told me that the scanner was broken. he tried to scan the barcode on my handy, apparently it didn't work, and the woman said that the tomorrow could be repaired. when I asked the guy, a chocolate chip minze blizzard. he tells me they can't make it because there's no button to order it. When I asked the woman, she asked the Blizzard manufacturer when she had mint, she said yes and that she also had chocolate chips! So she did my blurry right. but obviously she forgot the fudge in my wife sea salt toffee fudge blizzard. I understand that the things are hard, but I was the only customer and I saw at least 4 employees. if it's not too far away. they will probably have better luck at the location hendersonville road in arden.
They've been here every week. I wanted an ice cream to finish the week. The Pecan Pie Blizzard. All right! Creamy ice cream with pieces of pecan pie and some chopped pecans throughout. It's fall fantasy! The staff is also very pleasant. I wanted to get my order, but wait.
No ice on 12:30! The employee cried when they entered the restaurant that there was no ice cream in an rude way. Only two employees, that wasn't against them, but where was the manager? Eating was okay, nothing to inspire. Had a burger and chicken pliers. Double I return
Bought Burger and onion rings, any sauce cost extra. Only give ya 2 little packs of ketchup. Told the girl that was waiting on me, sorry you got to work here. If I were you, I would go elsewhere and get a job. The manager didn't like that and started giving me a hard time in the middle of the store about it. Then after I let her know how I felt about it, she run in the back and refused to give me her name.
