Roma Pizza Pasta - Hendersonville

My wife ordered eggplant parmesan, but what we received was mostly spaghetti noodles with a light tomato sauce and tiny pieces that might have been eggplant, topped with a little melted cheese. The dish bore no resemblance to what was depicted on their website. When my wife pointed this out, the manager responded rather loudly, insinuating that she didn’t understand what eggplant parmesan was. I have to wonder if this 50% owner is aware of tools like Google, which could help clarify menu items. As a small business owner, one should have patience, a good sense, and a commitment to maintaining quality. Unfortunately, this manager seems to lack those essential qualities. When we asked for a refund, he dismissively informed us that it would not be possible. After over 15 years of ordering from this restaurant, I’ve seen a decline in customer service and overall quality, and if this is how they plan to run their business moving forward, I won't be returning.

We found metal in our pizza! We ordered the highest-rated pizza through DoorDash, and after eating a few slices, my girlfriend started to crochet something. A few moments later, she pulled a strand of metal from her mouth and ended up spitting out her food when she found more lumps of metal strands. We called the restaurant to inform the staff, but their response was, "There's no way that came from our pizza." Suffice it to say, we won't be ordering from this place again.

I want to thank the owner or manager (I’m not quite sure who it was) for bringing us the pizza that we didn’t realize was missing! It arrived hot, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!

The food is simply amazing! The best Tiramisu I've had for a long time! The manicotti is perfect, as well as the chicken parm pasta. Suicide by Pepperoni Pizza really lives to the name! Could not believe that this is a chain warehouse with several locations because the food quality is so positive! We make a special trip to Hendersonville to get Roma.

Pizza is awesome! Loved that they?re open late considering nothing else is anymore! Pizza was soo fresh, hot delish!! no need for extra cheese, it?s really cheesy! ??
