Bidra med feedbackI recently visited the best Starbucks I have ever been to in Tennessee. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally kind. I will definitely be returning if I ever find myself back in Tennessee. Cashier Kayla truly went above and beyond in her role, demonstrating excellent customer service. Despite a long line, our drinks were prepared and served to us within five minutes of ordering. The efficiency of the staff was impressive.
I love this Starbucks. I love their coffee.BUT I WON'T GO BACK IF I HAVE TO GIVE THE DRIVE-THRU PERSON A TIP, FOR DOING A JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. I JUST WON'T USE MY CREDIT CARD. I tip all my servers really well when I am eating in a restaurant. DRIVE-THRU employees get paid well for the job they are doing. Servers don't get paid much, so tips are very important to them. Plus they are waiting and serving on me. Is Starbucks trying to make the customers pay for their pay raise?I won't do that.Joy

It's my 20th birthday today. And Mrs. Kayla made my day. She was very helpful and kind. Definitely a good Starbucks.
