Bidra med feedbackWhen our food arrived, there were only two pieces of catfish. I asked about the extra piece I ordered, and the waitress sheepishly explained that her boss wouldn't allow it. I was confused and asked her to explain why. She shrugged and said it was the owner's decision. Surprised, I requested to speak with him. After a few minutes, she returned and told me the owner wouldn't come out, stating that his policy was no extra servings, even for an additional charge. I clarified that I was willing to pay more for it, but she said the owner didn’t care. I insisted on speaking to the owner, but he never came out. I admit, I got a bit loud out of frustration. I ended up paying the bill and told the waitress to inform the owner that he just lost a regular customer. I promised to share my experience with anyone I knew, and that's exactly what I've done. I haven't returned since then. Today, a friend messaged me to say that the restaurant is closed for good, and I can't tell you how excited I am to hear that news. Customer service should always be a priority. I do feel for the employees who lost their jobs, but there are plenty of job openings around here.
The bisque and beignets were delightful. The Cajun chicken Alfredo had the potential to be amazing, but the Alfredo sauce could use some improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
