Chicken Fiesta Broad Street - Henrico

Food is great, always is. Got the number 3, always recommend the chicken. Ribs were fall off the bone and there tacos are great. Pretty quick service too.Food: 5/5

Been coming here for the last few months.The only good thing about this chicken fiesta is the cashiers, always so nice, helpful and friendly. Well at least the girls, there is one young man cashier thats always in a bad mood and makes you feel like youre bothering him.Now for the food….The food takes too long to come out. The chicken is either raw or over cooked and the prices are always going up.Also, they NEVER add yellow sauces and have to basically beg them to. I WANT YELLOW SAUCE INCLUDED IN THE HIGH PRICE I PAY FOR THE FOOD!2 stars, only because the nice cashiers.

The food here is delicious BUT they are getting stingy with their portions and sauces at this location as they're raising their prices. As I order I asked for 5 yellow sauces. I'm aware the sauces cost extra now that's why I ordered more. When I checked there were only 4 so I asked for another one. The manager Cecelia refused to give me the other sauce. She must make commission off the sauces because she literally couldn't spare 1 extra sauce even though I ordered it in the first place. Terrible customer service!

I have eaten at 4 different Chicken FiestaRestaurants. I remember when they first opened and the service, food and cleanliness have been consistent at each location I have eaten. They have a great formula for good food and service. QuiteOften they would serve our team lunch at work.

The food is good. The place is big, at least, bigger than their very 1st Midlothian location. I gave a low star review because they should get a friendlier cashier. I think her name was Cecelia , but she did not give out a welcoming vibe. Beans were my favorite thing. Probably won’t be back.
