A reeller italiener. a balanced card with good ingredients cooked dishes and friendly service. in summer a lassy place to enjoy in the garden either briefly refresh with beer or coffee or simply the summer evening extensive with Italian flair on the hengsteysee in hagen.

We had a table reserved and wanted to spend a nice evening. the waiter had a lot of time to appear. After about 30 minutes we could order. the appetizers, bruschetta and foccachia, were relatiw fast at the table. the foccachia unhurried and burned. the bruschetta had significantly too much edgy and no salt. after that the big one was waiting. after 90 minutes, asks if we were forgotten. the waiter wanted to ask, but was no longer seen. guests who came after us had long since eaten her. after 2 hours in which we were almost thirsted, we have broken the whole thing off and went to the cash register to pay. There were already some guests who obviously were very dissatisfied and wanted to go. wait up to 3 hours, wrong eating, no eating and waiter who could not even serve the right drinks. complain about food quality, etc. you don't have to do that. we'll never go back here.

We wanted to spend a nice evening in the ship's corner on 16.7.16 with 7 people. 2 couples had a voucher book (the cheaper food is free). this was also mentioned in the reservation as well as before the first order to the waiter. the beverage order was brought to the table quite quickly. the food order was added a few times later, in an even more appropriate period, if the waiter could have been more friendly in his kind. after over 75 minutes waiting time the appetizers were brought, 1 x suppe, 1 x mozarella with tomate. after another half an hour we asked after the ordered food. the absolutely undamaged answer: we had already received the appetizers. 2 of 7 people! It is also remarkable that tables that had ordered long after us have already been served their feeds. after almost 2 hours to a person had their diners, it took for the last ordered food, bruscetra and a tomatensalat - extra previously ordered as mains - another 10 minutes. during eating brot and parmesan cheese was ordered, which was not different to expect, was disproportionately long. the parmesan was then brought from the kitchen directly after 2 times the demand. eating in itself was tasty and plentiful. only the duck breast in red wine sauce was tough and fat, the sauce a brown (tits) sauce with abundant red wine. when we were clearing out, we were more keen to see that the waiting rooms were unacceptable. he explained that there were difficulties with the herd, 4 out of 10)(? boards would have been out of date. a note would have been helpful to have been able to avoid on pizza - but also does not explain why arriving guests received the food before us. also it is not explained why tomatensalat and bruscetta needed more than 2 hours to serve. When we asked for the bills, my man went extra to the waiter to remind him of the goods and was with the words: they should have said that they had been done before. I have almost suspected that all the evening unfriendly behaves in that we have a good-sighted book. However, I also got to other public refreshments about the long waiting period, multiple recollections of orders. actually a great location, only management and staff should work urgently.Up to the waiter with the higher vote, he was very friendly and tried to limit the harm!

After more than 1 1/2 hours abandoned and left. that can't hurt me. the biergarten completely came down. 1 hour after the order of the food, no single service on the table and somehow to ask if we want new drinks. once and never again.

We were eating four times in the ship's corner. the pizzen and the beer garden are very good. Unfortunately, we waited every time for our food. wait after 1 3/4 hours and 4 times inquiries came yesterday finally the pizza. about a little apology like an espresso on the house we would have liked to see each other.
