Beautiful friendly staff and a damn good sandwich, tried the spicy Italian. somehow it could not fail. especially with the crispy tweepers! keep it on the subway!

I recently visited Subway on the bypass and had a negative experience. The woman serving me seemed grumpy and disinterested. They were out of chicken and meatballs, and the salad looked old and wilted. I ordered a breakfast sub, which was tasteless with thin bacon and lacked enough filling. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and will not be returning. I plan on trying Greggs next door instead. Even my dog refused to eat it. In my opinion, this Subway location should consider closing down.

The staff at this restaurant lacks enthusiasm and appears lazy. They do not greet customers with smiles, are rude, and are constantly on their phones.

I have visited many Subway locations, and this particular one was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff, especially one individual, was very rude, calling others names after being asked to be quiet. The salad bar was alarming to see, with cross-contamination issues such as cheese with chicken, beef with chicken, and bacon mixed in with vegan items and salads. The staff did not seem to care about where different ingredients were placed. It took a long time for our food to be prepared, nearly 20 minutes for just 2 subs, and the order had to be repeated multiple times. They forgot the cheese and the chicken nachos. The food was okay, but the service was extremely poor. I felt embarrassed to be served by them and will not be returning. While we waited for our food, a young boy was chatting with another customer instead of attending to our order, which resulted in our food being served cold.
