Great place for ramen, can get it spicy or not and can add or remove anything. The jinya signature tonkatsu black was delicious!

Don't bother! We went in Sunday eve, 5ish. There were 6 of us, she said we could sit and wait and she would get us a table. 20 minutes later we are still sitting, people would come in and no one would take names, or address them. Most people walked out. We were escorted to a table, given water and she never came back. 20 minutes later, we got up and left. Totally unorganized, horrible customer service! And they no longer cook at your table.

This restaurant has earned it's 5 stars with beautiful dish preparations and fresh flavors in all their dishes. They are a jewel of Hermiston for sure, it's rare to find quality Sushi in a town like this. The dishes are beautifully decorated and they complement the atmosphere of the place very well. I strongly recommend you stop by and try it out
