Kfc - Hermitage

Worst experience ever. Chicken was horrible. Tasted as if it had been sitting all day long. The sides are incredibly small and not even enough for a family of 4 let alone 5. Complete waste of $50. Will never return.

Spent $50 on a 12 piece bucket and extra sides and was suspicious when I got to the window it was all ready. They didn't even fill the side dishes so wasn't even enough for everyone like it used to be, gravy now comes in tiny little containers, and thechicken definitely was yesterdays because it wasn't even crispy! Now I see why they are rated 3.9 stars. Tried calling tocomplain and it just rings busy every time.

The food is consistently excellent, but since the prices have nearly doubled, we don’t visit as frequently anymore.

The cashier was friendly, but I think my order was rung up incorrectly. I ordered the 12-piece meal, which should be $25, but my total came to $40! I was in a hurry to feed my granddaughter, so that was frustrating. Is this due to inflation? I also asked for plates to eat on, and she replied that they no longer have plates, which was odd. Overall, the food wasn't very hot or fresh.

I ordered an 8-piece meal of thighs and drumsticks with 3 sides, but I only received 7 pieces and 2 sides. They informed me that the mashed potatoes and gravy count as one side, even though they are served in separate containers. I ended up with 2 coleslaws, and one of them had no dressing at all. I won't be eating there again, as my previous experience with the chicken was also disappointing.
