Starbucks - Hermitage

The service was exceptionally kind! I often feel a bit overwhelmed when trying to order at some Starbucks locations, but the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. It made for a very comfortable experience!

The staff here is consistently friendly! The drive-thru has become much quicker! Manager Lillian is fantastic! Whenever I see her, she's always attentive, friendly, and professional! I highly recommend this Starbucks; it stays busy for a reason!

Take a moment to visit this restaurant. The staff is wonderful—everyone is consistently friendly. Today, I decided to try the red velvet, and it was a delightful change for me. I usually order a Venti White Mocha with an extra shot, but today I went for something different. It was a fantastic way to start my morning. I highly recommend this place!
