Ac's Steakhouse Pub - Hernando

We had lunch today to celebrate our friends birthday! The food was awesome ! Our server was Kay and she and the bartender made our day. Kay gave us great service and was very happy and friendly while waiting on us. It has a great wonderful atmosphere!Thank you AC's!

Waitress/ service was great. Appetizers tasted great, drinks were all very good. The steaks were cooked temperature wise just right, the taste was just very bland. Honestly for the price size of the steaks, I'd just as soon reverse seared them at thehouse myself. When we do steaks at home I have my ribeyes cut 2"or so, their 16oz looked about the thickness of a flanksteak. Again the service, drinks appetizers were great, I'd give them a 5 star. The steaks themselves I'd give 3 stars justfor lack of flavor and the very thin ribeye. So I settled on 4 stars, maybe we just went on a off night.

Very limited menu. I had to settle for a sandwich. Although it was good just not want I wanted. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hot garbage. Ordered Asian wraps-tasted awful. The pork was pull pork, like bbq, as opposed to the traditional ground pork usually found in Asian wraps. Which would’ve been just fine, but the flavor wasn’t good. Kids meal was a burnt burger and applesauce in lieu of “fruit”. When I asked ab the fruit option and why we received applesauce, I was told that was the only fruit available. I would’ve opted for fries had we known fruit=applesauce. We also were asked if we wanted the garden veggies on the burger and we said no. Toddler didn’t want to eat it when he saw his burger arrived with veggies but no biggie. Once we removed the LTP my toddler took a bite, it was burned. I ordered steak and I ate most of it but honestly it wasn’t very good. Husband said his smothered chicken and potato were off tasting, but again he ate it. ‍ We ordered chicken tenders and fries for my son for a second time, and they were sweet and comped the other meal for him, so service was honestly great. Server was great and we appreciated them removing the other meal but we won’t be back. Grew up here and love visiting the “old Timbeaux’s” whenever we come in town but we won’t be back. It’s clear this place skimps on their supplier, cook or both and for the price, the bad quality of food isn’t worth it. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
