Panera Bread - Herndon

We used Panera for our catering service with only a limited time for an announcement. I have to say the staff delivered more than what we expected. Andrew the manager there ensured that the food was delivered on time. actually 15 minutes earlier when they said they were and were prepared until they had time for us to need it. Andrew cannot thank and they are employees for them are excellent customer service. Thank you.

Came in for lunch, service was fast, and the employees had good attitudes. My only issue was the way my Chicken Avocado Sandwich was prepared. The avocado was a whole quarter of an avacado and pushed all the chicken out of the sandwich. The bacon was all piled up in one spot so I ate half my bacon in the first bite. The sandwich had all the right ingredients, just not the right preparation. My gf's soup and salad however were perfect, so if I could I'd only dock half a star.

Clean and fast in a nice shipping center area. Orders can be fine via kiosk or counter and come out surprisingly fast. Friendly staff too. It's one of the better Paneras I've been to

Your standard Panera experience. Restaurant is clean and the line wasn't too bad, and food came out quick which they delivered right to your table by finding your pager that they provide you.

This is a fantastic restaurant with wonderful staff who are very friendly, and the food is excellent!
