Khana Indian Bistro - Hershey

The place was good.  Chicken was dry but other than that everyhing was good.

Really good food.. Visits with my family.. I ordered Thali and Momos. both were very delicious..

I never had a bad meal or bad experience in Khana! I grew up with friends who were Indian so I grew up with their food, Khana brings me back to those days with her delicious food. The staff is always so pleasant and the restaurant is beautifully decorated with works of art and culture.

Customer service was bad. The guy was clearly part of the White Family compared to us Indians. I say that because he greeted them so nicely and went beyond and beyond to serve them. That's great, but all customers should be treated like that. The same thing happened when another Indian family came in and just a little later, a white family. We ordered first, but the food was served much later. The restaurant wasn't even crowded. There was a waitress and she was much nicer and much more professional. The food was okay. It is certainly not authentic, but also not bad. Definitely not back.

We had to come to lunch on Friday, but decided to get a taste first, and I'm glad we did. the food is well seasoned, the portion size is perfect, and the menu has a good choice of options.
