After that, I asked again and was given only a drink, while being told to wait for the sandwich. We waited for another 10 minutes and tried to ask again, but she seemed unconcerned about us. I was already late for work after waiting over 30 minutes for the mobile order and left with only the drinks. I have no idea what happened to my sandwich, especially since they had already charged my account. It felt like I was begging for food. If the manager or owner wishes to look into this, the incident occurred on 07/27/2023, between 8:45 am and 9:15 am.

If you intend to place a preorder, be sure to do it at least an hour in advance, as they are consistently late. On one occasion, we ordered coffee, and it wasn't ready until over 30 minutes past the time indicated in the app. I've also witnessed arguments among the staff behind the counter, which is quite off-putting. Today, they made 2 out of our 3 drinks incorrectly, and given the prices we pay for them, it's really disappointing. We've decided not to visit this location again and will instead go to the Starbucks at the outlet.

The service was a bit slower than I'm used to, though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. As for the food, it was excellent—5 out of 5!

DO NOT DO AN ONLINE ORDER OR DOORDASH. 15 or 20 people will come in and order and get their order before. Probably will take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes past estimated time. And if you do order there its horrific service. They purposely ignore you. No customer service. I'm a doordash driver and I really hope the manager sees this but by the way its run I'm guessing theres no manager. I've done over 3000 deliveries this location and Panera in Hummelstown are by far the slowest and have the worst customer service.
