Begonia the Manager is one of the most professional, courteous, and extremely helpful to ALL customers. She has the place running super effeciently while maintaining a smiling happy attitude. She has the place running like a well oiled machine!!! Great place and Begonia is the reason !

The restaurant efficiently managed a large number of customers, making the experience smooth and effortless.

The wait was quite lengthy after the concert, but the service was friendly and efficient. As always, the food was delicious and refreshing! A big thank you to the Hershey Wendy's team – I always make it a point to grab a bite before any trip to the park or concert!

The manager was excellent! They genuinely prioritize both the customers and their staff!
