Orange Tree Pub - Hertford

During the pandemic, we tried lunch on a Sunday and were so impressed that we decided to visit in person. We were thrilled to be dining out again, and it was fantastic! The menu was excellent, and everything we ordered was delicious. We probably spent a bit more than we intended on drinks, but the service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

This is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or a meal. The staff were wonderful—very helpful and attentive. The food was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. We ordered from both the main menu and the specials displayed next to the bar. We will definitely return and bring friends along!

I hadn't been here for years and wasn't looking forward to my visit due to my terrible experience last time. However, I noticed a positive change during this visit. My meal was creative and delicious, offering great value as well. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained. It's a fantastic spot for lunch.

I mean, I shouldn't write that because they are always fully booked, but it deserves a mention. above all my compliments to the chefs, my frying was the hands down the best roast I ever had eaten, I won't go anywhere else. we have often been for other items on the menu and have never even disappointed. service was also spot on, beautiful and clean as well as they all earn the 5 stars

A group of 5 of us had a birthday celebration on 14 January and had a fantastic time. From the birthday card on the table, the fantastic food, great service through to the Happy Birthday dessert we were really impressed. It's the first time we've been here but we'll definitely be returning.
