Pizzaexpress - Hertford

I dined here during a business trip and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My wine was served in a dirty glass, which was replaced, but I couldn't be sure if it was fresh wine or just poured into a clean glass. When the bill arrived, I was also overcharged for a 250ml instead of the 175ml. The waiter resolved the issue, but there's really no excuse for dirty glasses. The pizza was good, but I won't be returning to this location!

Cons: I thought the service was a bit slow, but my friend perceived it as a more relaxed pace.

It's a lovely spot to visit from time to time, although it can be a bit pricey and the portions are quite small. The quality of the food, however, is excellent, and the staff are very attentive to dietary needs.

Good standard Pizza Express. Good location in the town centre. I have always found the service to be very good.
