Mcdonald's - Hertsmere

Everybody was so polite and welcoming and the staff were both efficient and friendly. The portions and food quality were good for the prices and the view was amazing.

Cleanest friendliest McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. Stopped for car charge and had a quick bite. Nice freshly cooked burgers. Really impressed. Well done

We visited this restaurant for breakfast and were disappointed by the lack of functioning self-service terminals. Our order was incomplete, requiring us to return to the counter for the missing item. Although the staff quickly provided it, the condiment dispensers were empty. The Breakfast Bun appeared messy and poorly assembled, making it nearly inedible. Additionally, the toilets were closed during our visit, a recurring issue. It is disappointing to see a decline in standards at McDonald's, a chain known for its consistency. The Head Office should prioritize closer monitoring of their branches to maintain their reputation.

I was working and starving (ambulance worker), Needing a pee and food. I stood and waited and waited and waited to be served yet Uber drivers were in and out like a flash...not ambulance crew!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE’ Staff members were extremely rude and obnoxious. The manager on Duty actually said he doesn’t care what customers think. If that’s the case he shouldn’t be there. Emily was just as rude. Took half an hour to get a drive through and didn’t even get everything we paid for and orders. So bad it was shocking!!!!
