Place was clean, staff were polite, food was awesome!!!

I asked to utilize the wifi in order to transfer money to my apple Pay. The person in charge at the time declined my request. He doesn't allow customers to use the wifi. What an inconvenience for customers and the business. Missing out on money.

I wanted to purchase a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Employee told me they cannot put extra cheese with an attitude, I did not mind paying extra. Manager n employee said no. I'm never coming back, I will let my family n friends know about the bad service.

Best pizza I ever had. Had it in Vegas and loved it. This was even better. We need a location in Dallas

Just want to say, I always come to Pieology and I’m a repeat customer. I was very disappointed with today’s service. I’ve always came to Pieology because you can put whatever you want on your pizza. Today we were informed that we couldn’t have extra cheese. This is the first time I’ve ever been told that. We even offered to pay for extra cheese and was told that it’s not an option. Just felt like we were completely ignored as she continued to make our pizza. Then after we were done eating new customers came in to my surprise those pizzas had as much cheese as the customer wanted . I understand that prices of went up everywhere due to labor increases, but they have increased their prices on their products as well. Also, my husband and I only use one cheese where we do have the option of using all the cheeses and we don’t. I feel like I definitely will not be coming back to that location.
