Bidra med feedbackThe restrooms are consistently dirty, and the staff seems to be aimlessly wandering without much organization. During busy times, they only have one cashier working, which is quite frustrating.
This Casey’s location is always in disarray. The staff at the register seem uninterested in their work, leaving a growing line of customers waiting. I paid for two showers, one for myself and one for my teammate. The woman at the counter informed me that there would be a wait for one of the showers to be cleaned, which I thought was reasonable. However, the very next person in line paid for a shower and was handed a key right away. How is that fair? Why would I be told there's a wait for the showers, only for the person behind me to receive a key to a clean one? This kind of customer service is disappointing. It's time to improve your store’s conditions and train your employees better.

The men's restroom has been out of soap and paper towels for the last two days. Also they have had a broken urinal for months. It leaves me to wonder how there staff is washing there hands after using the rest room. I have stopped here for years today will be my last stop.. General manager needs to get the store in shape or be replaced
