Pizza Hut - Hesston

It looks like this Pizza Hut is making a comeback! The service was fast and friendly, and I really enjoyed the food.

I called in to place an order and arrived around the expected pick-up time, only to find out that our order was missing. After waiting for 20 minutes, they finally informed us that someone had just returned with our order, and now we would have to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake our two large pizzas and breadsticks. Additionally, the employee who took our order was not very courteous and was quite rude. This experience was disappointing, Pizza Hut.

I had a personal pan pizza, and it was fresh and piping hot. It tasted excellent!

I checked the website and saw that delivery isn't available to my location, which is only 2.5 miles away. I called to ask about it, and was informed that I couldn't request a specific delivery time. I frequently travel to Wichita for work deliveries, so let me outline a situation: If you tell me it'll take forty-five minutes for delivery and then it doesn't arrive on time, am I supposed to inform my boss he needs to wait because of poor handling on your end? In my opinion, this service doesn't even deserve one star!

I love this particular Pizza for the atmosphere, staff and food. It still has the interior design of the Pizza huts that were remodeled in the late 90s or early 2000s I can't remember the exact time frame but it has the clock that's been super fast for those who know they will know. This particular one has only had one staff member that I consistently see during the lunch hour but they are incredibly nice and the food is always prepared quickly and well done. The building is also very clean and the only complaint I have is that there's no buffet but that seems to be a running theme with a lot of restaurants anymore that used to do it. However I'm not going to hold that against them and I'll definitely be returning
