Bidra med feedbackAlways receive great service here. James the manager had been with the company for years and he trains his staff very well. Coffee and good is always quick, although sometimes the better staff can get a little overwhelmed by the line. Otherwise, great place.
Always the worst place. I?ve been here a lot and it?s always something?.The tables and bathrooms are dirty. I have had cold coffee (hot of course) numerous times. I don?t know when corporate Starbucks gets involved but this place needs help. Aside from that most of staff is pleasant and want to do a good job.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was just at this Starbucks for my first time and I asked for a diluted pink drink and the girl with long red braids and glasses looks at the cashier and says ? what does she want then, just with water? with a lot of attitude. This drink was for my mom and she can?t have drinks that are too sweet because she has diabetes. On top of that she was talking under her breath with another coworker of hers. The whole work environment there was just horrible, they were all talking about their personal lives which is very unprofessional and it was very dirty as well. The only thing good about my experience today was the cashier who rang me up because she really tried to accommodate my needs.
It's clean, nice setup, seems like a nice neighborhood place to gather for some quiet conversation and nice atmosphere. Quick service, didn't wait too long. Do reccomend you order ahead though. Will go back!
My local Starbucks. Not bad at all. I do think that they need to speak/yell louder when calling out drinks. It can get loud and yet they use their indoor voice when calling out the ready drinks. Also sometimes they forget to call out food items so you 're standing there waiting for like 10 min ...meanwhile your item has already been bagged up and is just waiting. Other than those 2 issues, it 's fine.
