A most enjoyable meal. The food was great. The service could not have been better. The tastes were better than those I have experienced in restaurants that have been twice the price. The decorator, prices and exterior appearance are those of a place that is not top notch, but the food and service are truly top notch. Make sure you try the guava dessert. If I were in the area for four days I would eat at Alamo four days in a row.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. They offer a Cuban twist but can also prepare traditional dishes if requested. The owner is very friendly and the waitresses are extremely attentive. The prices are great for the quality of the food.
