I usually love their food and order from them about once a week. My son went to pick up my usual meal—quarter chicken, rice, black beans, and plantains—but when I got the food, there was NO RICE. That completely ruined my experience from that moment on.

I agree with some reviews that their prices can be a bit high for the portion sizes, but I always order the soups and I can't complain—they're always delicious! Plus, the service has been friendly every time I go to pick up my food.
