Mcdonald's - Hialeah

I had ordered 2 frappes and 1 coffee, The guy from the drive through out them in a cup holder and grabbed it but the thing side and it broke. Frappes and Coffee all over me my son my car? not even remorse on their side. Only move aside well take youanother other. That?s it???i was in a hurry my kids were late to catch a bus. He blamed it on me. ???? name, Angel .

I had an unfortunate experience at the restaurant. The burger I received was undercooked, and the fries had no salt on them. One of the employees, who I believe was named Maria, treated me disrespectfully when I drove up to the front window because I couldn't get anyone at the drive-thru intercom. She told me to back up and place my online order at the intercom, which was already on my phone. Fortunately, another young lady stopped to assist me, but Maria's attitude was unacceptable. I think this employee needs to be addressed by management in some way.

In all my years, this has been the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The staff never seem to be on the same page, and they frequently give you incomplete orders. I live just three minutes away, but I would rather drive ten minutes to a different McDonald's. Please improve, 49th Street location!

I've been to many McDonald's without any issues, but my experience at this specific location, 1101 W 49th St in Hialeah, was terrible. I went there with my wife and kids to dine in, and the service was awful. I ordered at the kiosk, but they never brought the food to our table like at other McDonald's. After 20 minutes with no food, I went to speak with the manager about the situation. She was unhelpful and even refused to tell me her name. To make matters worse, they forgot half of my order. Because of all this, I can only give them 1 star.

The service at this McDonald's has always been hit-and-miss but today they refused to honor an advertised price on their menu. They insisted that even though the hot and spicy Mcchicken bundle was on their menu it was no longer in their system. I did nothave the time or patience to argue with the so called manager who didn't even speak English so I drove away and went to anotherMcDonald's that did have the bundle and honored the price.
