Sushi Bombs Miami Lakes - Hialeah

This restaurant used to have reasonable prices, but now they're quite expensive and the portion sizes are very small. I spent $48 on one order of Rolling Salmon (which had just 6 tiny pieces) and one order of Chicken Noodles. The portions were more suitable for a children's menu! It feels like they’re mocking their customers. I will not be ordering from them again!

To make matters worse, the food was subpar. The spring rolls seemed rushed, and I had requested wasabi and ginger, which weren’t included. If the staff hadn’t cleaned up the door, I might have been able to ask for it. I can’t risk ordering online from this place again, because it seems like I would just be out of luck. Who knows if they would have called me when my phone was dead? I give it 3 stars because I've enjoyed it in the past, but I won't be returning based on this experience. There are plenty of other options in the city worth trying.

I've been visiting Sushi Bomb for many years, at both locations. It used to be one of the best sushi restaurants around, but I've noticed some concerning changes over the last few months. It seems to have declined in quality. They started implementing a "homeless tax," charging extra for wasabi, and now even the soy sauce is more watered down than anything. The quality of the fish isn't what it used to be, and the level of service from the employees and managers has dropped significantly as well. I really hope they can get back on track.

Very good sushi? Place in the graves of Miami Lakes. The food was very fresh and delicious. Very good service. And price right for a sushi/fishing facility, seafood is always expensive.

This place was recommended to us and I have to say I was disappointed. Service was pretty bad. All the servers spent their time talking in the corner, food took a really long time to be served. Now the food was good but no follow up service to see if we needed anything or ask if we wanted more drinks. They have a severe fly infestation in the restaurant. While server is taking our order we are swatting flies away and she does not say a thing about it. Will not eat here again.
