Taco Bell - Hialeah

It's really busy from 2-6 because the schools get out. You need more staff. The dining area is very chaotic.

There service is great and food is good. My only complaint is that they don't open at 6:30am like they are suppose too. I was there for breakfast 3 days last week and I had to leave cause the place was still closed. Very disappointed. Morning shift.. Get you act together.

The food, location, and ambiance of the restaurant are fine. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Our order was confirmed out loud, yet we still received only two out of the five items we ordered, and we didn't get the sauce we requested. After the initial confirmation, everything else was done verbally, which was frustrating. Overall, it felt like we only received a third of what we paid for.

This Taco Bell consistently excels in customer satisfaction! I can't emphasize enough how I chose this location because it was the first one to open. The staff here are the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. When they didn’t have the online-exclusive chicken wings yesterday, the manager went the extra mile and called another store to fulfill my request! They truly have the best Taco Bell team ever!

Great food that’s quick and affordable! The staff is extremely friendly, and they’re attentive, often arriving at your table in under 10 seconds. Between 2:30 and 6:00 PM, the restaurant can get quite busy due to the nearby high school, but that’s no fault of the employees. They really work hard to provide you with a speedy meal despite the crowds.
