New to the area.from the first time I entered Kowals I was welcomed with laughter, friendship, and good times.Awesome neighborhood bar.

Excellent place to wind down! Wonderful crowd good prices lots of options and slots are hot!

Very dead when I went in, but of the few people there, the vibe wasn 't great. I went there on my 21st birthday and had the bartender get mad and almost refuse to serve me because my ID is the wrong way, it was my birthday that day, how would it have flipped? They also didn 't have very many options for bottles and cans and the bartender didn 't offer up any ideas for drinks she could make. The local who owns the pool table also happened to be sus. All in all, not a great trip and I won 't be coming back.
