Mcdonald's - Hickory

It seems like the staff may be struggling with basic organization. I’ve ordered three times through the door pocket, and each time they only delivered part of my order. How do they not realize they need to pack a large portion of fries, three cakes, and a mocha wrap together before sending them out?

This McDonald's experience was quite disappointing, particularly when it comes to service. There seemed to be a notable lack of attention and care. Also, don't expect to find frappes, iced drinks, or smoothies available. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Waited 20 min for a relatiw small order. then it was said that they're going to raise, not 5 seconds later they're coming with my lunch without haash brews. poor management!

Macdonalds is always good. some other almost food places have gone out of my price range, but mcdonald’s has remained affordable. Eat is delicious and hot. always pleasant.

Literally every time I'm here, they continuously get orders wrong. The drive thru workers are awesome. It's the management and kitchen who can't seem to get it together. Really sad. McD's used to be the place to go.Food: 3/5
