Buffalo Wild Wings Hicksville

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the seating was quick, and the service was excellent!

While the food was enjoyable and the waitress was friendly, the temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold—literally below freezing. When I asked if they could turn up the heat, they informed me that it was already on. I've never experienced such cold in a restaurant before. Additionally, the service left a lot to be desired; we had to wait nearly an hour for our appetizer.

Although the food was good and the waitress was beautiful, the place was literally freezing under. When I asked that they put the heat on them, they said it was. I've never been so cold in a restaurant in my life. the service was also very bad. we waited for an hour to start.

Pros: food, TV entertainment system and sports variety Cons: service at peak hours (plan ahead), interior aesthetics
