Domino's Pizza - High Point

This is ridiculous i order my pizza online they made my order wrong and when i called the automated voice just kept cycling over and over couldn’t even get through to them so they can fix it called the number 5 different times still couldn’t get through

I went to this location last week and never got my order. I placed an order online and went to pick it up and my order was not even started. I went ahead and paid for my pizza and was told that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I agreed to wait so I went out to my car. When I came back in my order still hadn’t even been started. At this point I’m upset and frustrated. Me and the employees exchange words and she refunds my money. I go home and carry on with my night. I wake up to a text message the next morning. First of all why are you an employee texting my number after work hours. Second, what other information of mines do you have. At this point I’m nervous everyday because I don’t know what all this person has on me and I don’t even know her name. My third issue is that I spoke to the store manager but still haven’t heard anything from anyone else at this point.

This place was busy busy busy tonight. Excellent customer service, Excellent food! Thanks to everyone there that made my supper fantastic! Hats off to you all! It is a struggle to deal with people day in and day out in the world we live in now … The team there tonight killed it! Thank you!!

Love this domino's the staff is amazing and they always make great pizza

I ordered delivery tonight and it took over a hour to receive my order. Once I received my order my drink was missing. I attempted to call the store but they never answer if they see on the caller id that you already have an order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m so done with ordering from them!!!! Don’t order unless you want to wait forever for your food and not receive all of your items!!!! ?
