Pizza Hut - High Point

Went in to restaurant to order a personal pan pizza.....why is the wait 30 min???!!!! You guys already have the dough ready...you add the toppings and stick it in the oven......its going to take 30 min.....during lunch time.....smh ridiculous. Oh and I tried to call and noone answered the phone! Totally Epic fail for customer service...General manager....you around pay a visit to your restaurant if you want to still service folk in the community.

Ordered one large pizza and requested no-contact delivery. Driver was both maskless and wouldn't leave the door until answered, forcing dangerous face-to-face contact during a pandemic. The pizza itself was completely mangled as if it had been stored on its side for an extended period of time. First and last time ever ordering from here.

I've been a regular customer for years but I wanted to share my experience about my last time ordering from Pizza Hut this past week. I couldn't get it off my mind and wanted to voice my concern. My husband and I normally order from the Kernersville location, but since they are currently closed, we ordered from this location. My husband and I both got large pizzas, he got pepperoni and onion, I got just pepperoni... and we experienced extreme stomach pain! I was up all night with sharp, painful cramps and bloating. My husband experienced the same thing, so we knew it was from dinner. In fact, he had a leftover slice a few nights after and experienced the same symptoms! I'm not sure WHAT was going on with our last order, but I will not be returning. I am grossed out.

Never Mess My Order up, Food is Always Good. WINGS are always Fresh and cooked just right.

Yum and then yum yum yum yum! The food is always perfect and the prices are really good for what you get from there. Pizza Hut has the best sauce! The people who work at this particular one AR really good with the public
