Chipotle Mexican Grill - HIGHLAND FALLS

This restaurant is the worst. Don't count on your order being ready or hot when you receive it. Expect stale chips and poor service. Skip this place and head to American Burrito instead.

They should either turn off or set more employees. my pick-up time was 7:30. When I arrived at 7:25, they worked on 6:20 commands. they ran out of what I ordered after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes. Eat was cold, tear was hard. never again

There's like a 60% chance of your order even showing up every time you order but when it shows up its Chipotle so that's cool.

Every single time I order ahead, I end up waiting at least an extra 30 min to an hour before I get my food. But it usually tastes good. ?‍ edit: they're ridiculously understaffed, get them more employees chipotle.

Doordash was a nightmare! Unpredictable technical difficulties and no bathroom made for a frustrating experience at this Chipotle Grill. Despite signs outside indicating online pickup only, we had trouble getting help from employees when our order went wrong. We had to cancel our Doordash delivery and were told by staff that they never received the order. It was confirmed that there were technical errors causing inconvenience. I will not be making the long trip for future deliveries at this Chipotle Mexican Grill, even if the payment is high.
