Subway - Highland Springs

I just watched one of the workers drop a buck of drink on the floor. he took them up and placed them in the holder to use for customers. I went out of the door without order. I got a sandwich two days ago and the ice machine was broken. Soda area was dirty. I gave them the advantage of doubt and return today. I'm not back.

This place has some very rude people who work there. the young manager is even worse. she had no worries in the world about how evil one of the workers (david) had just spoken to me. he was very rude and wise. She was even evil, with her long nails through the gloves she wore, touched the broth. very not recommended. go to antonios next to them they will get better service.

Very rude and very bad customer please do not waste the money on something that the workers do not know what to do

Walked in at 6:30pm on a Friday to place an order (store is supposed to be opened until 9:00pm). Waited 10 minutes before being told to leave due to early closing from being short staffed. I understand it wasn’t the employee’s fault for a staffing issue but still frustrating.

The two black women working there are always polite, professional and courteous. They work very hard all the time often without a break in all kinds of weather. I have seen them jobbing at break neck speed to deliver day in and day out...and the quality is superb in every respect...The food they fix is awesome, they get every order right every time and ask if they put the order together correctly. They are mature, adult, level headed and know their regular customers by heart. If anyone needs a cookie they do...
